Q: What is Royale Treats?
Royale Treats is a premium gifting brand from Pakistan. We curate beautiful gift baskets filled with handcrafted confectionery — including sugar-free cakes, gluten-free cookies, BisBon Lotus spread, Choctella chocolate spread, peanut butter, and more. Every product inside our baskets is made in-house by our own confectionery team.
Q: What products are inside your gift baskets?
Our baskets contain products from our own brands: American Kuisine (Choctella, BisBon Lotus, Peanut Butter, Strawbella), Nutri Gluten Free (cookies, brownies, pound cakes, cake rusk), Krunchee's (digestive biscuits, Happy Day cashew biscuits, wafers), and Flair Dubai Tradition (kunafa lava cakes, brownie bars, dip & lick biscuits). Every item is crafted in our own facility.
Q: Do you offer sugar-free options?
Yes! Our Royale Sugar-Free Box contains 7 sugar-free treats including pound cake, cup cake, digestive biscuits, wafers, cream biscuits, and peanut butter. Perfect for diabetic-friendly or health-conscious gifting. We use natural sweeteners — no artificial sugar substitutes.
Q: Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! Our Royale Gluten-Free Box contains 6 Nutri-certified gluten-free treats — chocochip oat cookies, coconut oat cookies, muff cakes, pound cake, brownies, and cake rusk. Safe for celiac and gluten-sensitive recipients.
Q: Are your products safe for kids?
Absolutely. Our kids range — including Choctella chocolate spread, Panda Cakes, chocolate beans, coconut beans, and dip sticks — is made with clean, safe ingredients. No artificial preservatives or harmful additives. Our Royale Little Princess box contains 22 kids-safe treats.
Q: What are your delivery charges?
Orders above PKR 5,000 get FREE delivery nationwide. Orders below PKR 5,000 have a flat delivery charge of PKR 300 within city and PKR 500 for intercity. Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for orders placed before 2:00 PM (additional PKR 200).
Q: How long does delivery take?
Lahore: 1-2 business days (same-day available). Karachi: 2-3 business days. Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. Peak seasons like Eid may experience slight delays.
Q: How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website by adding items to cart and checking out. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, JazzCash, Easypaisa, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) in select areas. You can also order via WhatsApp at +92 321 498 6666
Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the damage. We'll offer a full replacement, store credit, or refund — whichever you prefer. Email info@royaletreats.com or WhatsApp us immediately.
