Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad/Rawalpindi. We are expanding to more cities across
Pakistan soon. If your city is not listed, please contact us via WhatsApp at +92 XXX XXXXXXX and we will try
our best to accommodate your order.
Delivery Charges
- Orders above PKR 5,000: FREE delivery across all serviceable cities.
- Orders below PKR 5,000: Flat delivery charge of PKR 300 within city limits. PKR 500 for intercity delivery.
- Same-day delivery (Lahore only): Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Additional charge of PKR 200.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (business days only).
- Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next business day
(Monday).
- Custom/corporate orders may require 3-5 business days for preparation.
Delivery Time
- Lahore: 1-2 business days (same-day available before 2 PM)
- Karachi: 2-3 business days
- Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
- Peak seasons (Eid, wedding season) may experience 1-2 day delays.
Packaging & Temperature Control
All Royale Treats gift baskets are packaged with care using insulated and protective packaging to ensure
products arrive fresh and intact. For temperature-sensitive items (spreads, cakes), we use appropriate
packaging to maintain product quality during transit.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and/or WhatsApp. You can track

Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 24 hours. We will
investigate with our courier partner and resolve the issue promptly.
