Delivery Charges
- Orders of Rs 3,000 and above: FREE delivery nationwide.
- Orders below Rs 3,000: flat Rs 149 delivery charge nationwide.
- Same-day delivery in Lahore: available on request for orders placed before 2:00 PM (additional Rs 200). WhatsApp us at +92 321 498 6666 to arrange.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (business days only).
- Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on the next business day
(Monday).
- Custom/corporate orders may require 3-5 business days for preparation.
Delivery Time
- Lahore: 1-2 business days (same-day available before 2 PM)
- Karachi: 2-3 business days
- Islamabad/Rawalpindi: 2-3 business days
- Other cities: 3–5 business days
- Peak seasons (Eid, wedding season) may experience 1-2 day delays.
Packaging & Temperature Control
All Royale Treats gift baskets are packaged with care using insulated and protective packaging to ensure
products arrive fresh and intact. For temperature-sensitive items (spreads, cakes), we use appropriate
packaging to maintain product quality during transit.
